Our annual Serve & Protect event has become downtown Chattanooga's must-attend social event, where cooking for a cause supports the Aquarium's mission-critical work.

New this year is the opportunity to attend a lunch event like no other. Champagne mixers will be served at 11 a.m., while sustainable seafood cooking demonstrations are presented throughout the IMAX Great Hall. Guests will pick up a gourmet box lunch before heading into the IMAX Theater to hear an inspiring and entertaining presentation by Celebrity Chef Alton Brown. The dessert reception that follows will feature goodies that can be brought back to the office for those with limited lunch hours.
