What could be more fun than laughing with the Penguins? Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Certified yoga instructors from Center for Mindful Living will help you get your laugh on as our curious penguins watch below. No Yoga mats, jokes, or even a sense of humor needed. Children (8+), teens and adults of all experience levels of fitness are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing.
