Certified yoga instructors from Center for Mindful Living will guide you through gentle movement and breathing exercises to encourage vitality and calm, with a focus on proper alignment for your body. Appropriate for all fitness levels, ages 8 to 80, so bring your young ones and start your morning off inspired by the beauty of nature underwater and within you!  Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can adjust as your temperature requires.
