This workshop will demonstrate the techniques to grow oyster mushrooms using coffee grounds and cardboard. You’ll prepare 3-foot hardwood logs infused with shiitake mushroom spawn, and learn how to care for it until fruiting. All supplies are included. Each participant will take home an oyster mushroom kit, shiitake infused log, instructions, and gourmet recipes for all your hard work!
