Anniversary Screenings

of Apollo 11

Saturday, July 20th, 2019

6:00 and 7:00 PM

Relive the excitement of one of humanity’s greatest achievements – the first humans to set foot on the Moon.

Join us Saturday, July 20th as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the moon landing with special screenings of Apollo 11: First Steps Edition at the IMAX Theater.

From countdown to liftoff, and through those first historic steps, you’ll see giant screen footage that’s been hidden from public view for more than 50 years. This documentary takes you inside the space capsule with Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins to witness again what they experienced on their unprecedented first voyage to another celestial body.

During these two special screenings, a cash bar with beer, wine, and space-themed signature cocktails will be available in addition to regular concessions.

Please note: you must register for a specific film time. Screenings are at 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Saturday, July 20th

The film will begin promptly on the hour. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early if you plan to visit the concession stand or cash bar.

This film is free for Deluxe Members, IMAX Club Members and Members of the River Society.
