Serve & Protect 2018 header

Join us for one of Chattanooga’s favorite events where seafood wit and wisdom combine with cooking for a cause to support the Aquarium’s mission-critical work.

The evening begins with a gourmet sampler and cocktail reception. Then, Chef Suzanne Vizethann, winner of Food Network’s “Chopped,” and award-winning Chef and cookbook author Steven Satterfield, will share the spotlight at IMAX during an entertaining, live cooking show. Afterwards, an intimate, elegant seafood dinner, prepared for you by Chattanooga’s top chefs, will be served in an Aquarium gallery. Finally, you’ll mingle over dessert with our celebrity chefs in the River Journey lobby.
