Join other savvy foodies for a soiree highlighting delicious, sustainably caught seafood. After cocktails and a gourmet reception, Chef Tamie Cook will host an entertaining culinary demonstration featuring New Orleans Chef Ryan Prewitt — recipient of the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: South — and Nashville-based pastry savant, Chef Lisa Donovan. Afterward, you’ll savor dinner prepared for you in an Aquarium gallery before mingling over dessert in the River Journey lobby.
